This category needs a clear definition up front. Casino-style is this guide's label, not WorldWinner's: WorldWinner lists Payline Slots under Puzzle and the two blackjack-style games under Card. What the games borrow is presentation: reels, paylines, hands, and hit-or-stand choices that many players already understand. What differs is the structure. There is no bet against a house. Each entrant pays the tournament's posted entry fee, plays for a point score, and is ranked against other entrants.
The games are open about where chance remains. WorldWinner's rules say Payline Slots symbols are randomly assorted on each spin, and its help center does not say that every entrant receives the same reel results. The skill WorldWinner describes comes afterwards: the player has 7 nudges for the whole game to shift reels, chooses when to Collect, and times powerups and minigames. Blackjack Peek Payout starts every player with the same 1,500 score chips and shows three face-up peek cards before every hit, double down, split, or stand, so decisions are made with more information than in ordinary blackjack. Catch 21 has no dealer at all: cards go into four columns that clear at exactly 21.
